There are a lot of adults, teenager, and even kids that are now experiencing headaches and migraines. As a headache and migraine suffer, I can tell you first hand it is not something I would want anyone to go through. The pain can take over your life! We that suffer from headaches and migraines are the only ones that can understand the pain and how much we want it to leave. I have tried many, many, many kinds of treatment for relieving the pain, traditional and non-traditional treatments. Some worked and others did not. As I searched for answers, I realized that a lot of my headaches came from tension, stress and for me the weather change. Boy those are the worse! I also recognized that if I do not drink enough water, I will start to get a headache. This is the first sign of dehydration of the body! I would like you to be aware of a few things; first please use your own senses of knowing if something is working or not. Your body speaks to us, we just need to listen. Second; try some self-help methods first unless you know in your heart that you need professional help. Thirdly; never give up; you need to know why the headaches and migraines are showing up. I have read, and tried this great book “Trigger Point Therapy for Headaches and Migraines” and used most of the treatments offered in the book. The trigger point tools are a great help to reach were it is needed in the back.
